Juniper Springs, is more than just a place to live. We're pioneering a new lifestyle, one that embraces shared creativity, and regenerative, inter-generational living.
With paths meandering over seasonal creeks and food growing along the way, the 'village' will have individual spaces with epic mountain views, spring water, and grid-tied solar. Each homesite will have the ability to grow food or build a small shed or greenhouse around their home. There will be a community garden for the village as well as a park for playing or gathering that includes a small water feature and play structures.

The Juniper Springs project aims to create a regenerative, creative, and sustainable village that fosters community, innovation, and ecological awareness. By stewarding land and building affordable, intergenerational eco-communities, Juniper Springs seeks to address affordable housing needs while providing opportunities for entrepreneurship, creativity, and education. Juniper Springs is our flagship tiny house village that incorporates an Innovation Incubator Maker Space, an Educational Agroecology Demonstration Farm, and a hotsprings healing center. The concept of a tiny house village is an adaptive solution to address housing needs, promote sustainability, and foster a sense of community.

As a member, you gain access to: Your own tiny home lot or medium sized home lot in our innovative village. Shared creative workspaces to fuel your artistic endeavors. Collaborative projects and opportunities to connect with fellow artists. A vibrant community of like-minded individuals. A variety of events, workshops, and shared activities. Access to 30+ shared acres of wild terrain. A community garden and CSA. A spa and healing center. And much more!
Juniper Springs operates as a Private Membership association under a Ministry for the Arts. Our intention as a community is to learn how to be earth stewards and move away from private ownership of land. We have developed an Earth Trust to hold the title of our community land. We are offering life-time (and beyond) stewardship of the shared land.
